Cannot Upload Files #2

When attempting to upload files to AMSAT-NA/ fox-plus, I get "Uploads Are Disabled, File uploads require push access to this repository. "

UPDATE: Still an issue. Looking into fork vs clone

Using Fork to make changes. Had to issue a pull request to sync fork with upstream repos. Hope that will do the trick.
