COM_019 Publish unit's current ability to model LBML order. SIM-C2 During execution the current ability to model a unit's behavior based on LBML order depends on the current ability of the federate owing that modelling responsibility. A representation of current ability of modelling  a specific behavior needs to be published in the federation.
