Clarify / define the SMPTE Metadata Registers format that is used for metadata definitions #99

Metadata definitions (e.g. for the DM Frameworks) are included as SMPTE Metadata Registers XML files. This fact and its consequences should be explained in the Specs. In particular, it should be noted that Groups ULs are shown with Byte 6 as 0x7F (as is the case in the SMTPE Groups Registers) but that this is a wildcard value which is to be replaced in implementations (normally with 0x53).

Consider updating to use the latest Groups XSD

Note that multiple artefacts of the same Block are rendered together and only one artefact is shown in the Tree
