I'd like to have one more review of this section: Behaviour - Receiver/Source and Input Relationship.

• Is the parent information of an Input allowed to change? I read from the above that it can?
• The parent SHOULD reflect the ('originating') Source of the Flow of the Sender to which the Receiver is connected? (And if so, I think it could have a MUST wr.t. the value of type, for consistency with the following paras.)
• However, if that information isn't available (and it wouldn't be without out-of-band or in-stream communication), then using the Receiver's own id is acceptable?
• However (2), when you've used a re-entrant map and created multiple 'local' Sources, the 'upstream' Source ID is recommended? Does that mean the 'closest' local one, or the remote 'originating' one?
