Since extending the amwa-tv.github.io to the specs as well as the documentation, the rendered RAML has too much whitespace, compared to default output of raml2html.
Rendered RAML is now being processed by Jekyll (because we now add front matter). This uses nmos-doc-layouts to get the header and menus. This means that there are (at least) three sources of CSS:
raml2html-nmos-theme (forked on amwa-tv to provide the folding JSON)
