Add breadcrumbs for IS and MS specs #4

This is to make it more obvious which branch/tag is being shown, and provides some extra navigation.

@peterbrightwell I noticed that e.g. https://amwa-tv.github.io/nmos-audio-channel-mapping/branches/v1.0.x-review/APIs/schemas/with-refs/error.html has a breadcrumb for https://amwa-tv.github.io/nmos-audio-channel-mapping/branches/v1.0.x-review/APIs/schemas/with-refs/ which produces a 404. Makes sense, but not sure what we should do about it...
