At https://specs.amwa.tv/nmos-testing/branches/master/docs/2.2._Usage_-_Testing_BCP-003-01_TLS.html, link to the README is broken. Not sure whether the target file should be being rendered into specs.amwa.tv or whether the link should be still pointing to MarkDown file on GitHub, but either would be better! 😄

Or do we just refactor all of the user-facing info in that README into the above Usage file??
