Easier maintenance/string consistency #25

21 is adding `--verbose` for ST 2110 tests which outputs "Test Passed" or "Test Skipped" messages as appropriate if there are no Errors to report. It would be nice to extend this to the RFC 4566 and RFC 4570 tests.
