Add temporary skipping of checks for ST.2110-22 and ST.2022-8 #7

This builds upon #6 and amends the handling of smpte291 ancillary to skip ST.2110-20 testing for ST.2110-22/ST.2022-8 streams. Full validation still needs to be added, but this prevents irrelevant errors from showing up.
