Get slurm schedule rolling #23

Start with hello world and then get some of our jobs scheduled into A40 cluster.

He talks slow in the youtube video you can probably get away with speeding them up

Currently have a slurm job setup to email and run main.py though it doesn't work right now as we are missing some packages.
