I keep seeing this: Looks like we don't have access to use the Bluetooth interface. in the homebridge logs running the command to give NodeJS permissions (from the README) does not seem to change this. Restarting homebridge seem to alleviate the problem temporarily

This seems to have been fixed after I went and re-did the prerequisites https://github.com/abandonware/noble#prerequisites for noble.
