I bought several RGBTW bulbs (though, the white isn't tunable) that I have fully working, except that if I set the brightness to a specific percentage, after some time it reports the level as 0% in the Home app despite the actual brightness not changing. These particular bulbs are set to HSB in the config.
I have another other type of bulb (TWLight) that does not face this issue.
To reproduce, open the Home app and set brightness to any percentage. Close the app and reopen. Brightness shows 0% while physical bulb hasn’t changed.
