Teckin Smart Plug SP23 #23

I made the mistake of updating the firmware in my Teckin SP23 plugs to version 1.0.5. Since doing this they will not connect in TuyaLan. My Jomarto smart plugs still show up and work fine. I have tried deleting the Teckin plugs and creating a new key but this hasn't helped.

Any ideas why they should be unavailable after the firmware update?

I found this thread after buying some more Teckin smart plugs from Amazon UK and them not registering with Tuyalan on Homebridge. They ship with firmware 1.0.3. I upgraded to the rc version using the command referenced above npm i -g homebridge-tuya-lan@rc and it works fine now :-)

Ok, I spoke too soon above. I bought multiple new Teckin plug (Dec 19) from Amazon UK. One works fine, the other one does not. I've tried the rc version above. I get these errors (using Homebridge):

_[TuyaAccessory] Slowing down retry attempts; if you see this happening often, it could mean some sort of incompatibility. [TuyaAccessory] Socket had a problem and will reconnect to Lounge Mirror Light (Error: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMEDOUT)

Please let me know if you need any more logs/info. Thanks!
