Provide a option in sample view, where the user can drag and drop the required html template which has an block of html blocks like header part, body, table etc..

I'm implementing task 7 which is very similar to the Sample view(Manager Variables). I'm referring to the SampleView.java class and will be creating another class but with same ID so it should be visible inside the Sample View.
