Work on the message event handler for specific in-server checks.

what do you mean by a message checker ( #27 ) ? elaborate your feature request. provide examples. what is the purpose of adding this feature?

@billydevyt // That's something that is going to be remained to in-server moderators and collaborators, our team prefers to discuss this privately.

issue is public, so the required information should be provided either way. You will have to follow the template given for the feature request. An issue should be self explanatory and clear.

The issue is just too keep track for the project. Now please, if you have anything else to say, there is a discussions channel in the discord server.
