[FEATURE] Add a "tag" command #7

Add a "tag" command.

Describe the solution you'd like Add the custom commands module.

Describe alternatives you've considered Make a tagging system, where we can create tags with given names and description. And use command to get the tag when needed.

What tags? Be more clear.

Tags was a alternative option

?tag create ?tag edit ?tag remove These are the fundamental commands

The bot will need a database for that

Oh gee, that's an idea that we are not looking for. This bot is private (aka only for the server) and will not be added to prevent spam. At least at the moment, however if more people request it, we'll give it a shot. For now, this issue shall remain open.
