Issue: Missing attributes on UPI payload for the following schemas:

Impact: A concern was raised with the UPI payload for affected schemas above where they found that some of the required attributes are missing and unable to retrieve UPI.

Attributes missing on UPIs on the affected schema when created by the pre-population process:
