Add 'back to top' button at missing pages #1119

The "back to top" button is present in the Home page, but not present in other four pages like "Categories", "About", "Contact","Feedback" pages.

I would like to add "back to top" in these pages also, so it would be easy for the user to interact with website.

@ANSHIKA-26 Kindly assign me this issue under the gssoc and hacktoberfest labels.
