Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm always frustrated when I use the chatbot and realize it lacks a conversational feel, making it difficult to engage with. The current UI is plain and doesn't provide visual cues, leading to a clunky user experience.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to see a revamped chatbot UI that mimics a real chat application. Specifically:

  1. Conversation bubbles for user and chatbot messages
  2. Message timestamps and delivery status indicators
  3. Typing indicators for chatbot responses
  4. Support for emojis, media files, and quick reply options
  5. Customizable color scheme and avatar/profile pictures

Describe alternatives you've considered Instead of a full redesign, we could:

  1. Implement a simpler messaging format with basic timestamps
  2. Introduce minimalistic UI elements

Additional context However, these alternatives wouldn't provide the same level of polish and user engagement as a fully-fledged chat application-like UI.
