Inconsistent size of login and signup buttons on hover

Description:

There is a visual inconsistency with the login and signup buttons on the website. When hovered, the size of the buttons becomes smaller compared to other elements, which disrupts the overall layout. Additionally, the buttons flicker if the hover is not applied correctly, causing a distracting user experience.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the login/signup section of the website.
2. Hover over the login or signup buttons.
3. Observe that the size of the buttons is reduced.
4. Move the cursor away and back on the button to notice the flickering.

Expected Behavior:

The buttons should maintain a consistent size when hovered over, without flickering or shrinking, in line with the rest of the elements on the page.

Actual Behavior: The buttons appear smaller on hover, and they flicker when not hovered correctly.

Suggested Fix:

1. Adjust the hover effect to ensure size consistency with other buttons.
2. Resolve the flickering issue by ensuring smooth transition effects.
