pages don't have scroll to up button rather than home page .

please allow me to add scroll to top button to other pages like leading blog, about ,start writing , categories please assign me this issue under gssoc extd 24 , hactoberfest please make it level 3 as adding multiple scroll button at different pages is hand and a bit time consuming . and aslo i havn't got any level 3 pr in the whole gssoc program till now .. It will be amazing to contribute to your project .. @ANSHIKA-26
