[BUG]:Improving hovering of login page.

Describe the bug On clicking the submit button the hovering is not smooth.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'login'
2. Click on 'submit'
3. See error

Expected behavior The hovering transition of the button should be smooth to enhance user experience.
