Add more User data #1822

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currenlty the backend only stores user email and username

Describe the solution you'd like I want to make it so that more of the user information can be stored and can be put to use throughout the application

Will be changing the user model to add more information and will call that using js in the frontend
