Improvement : Adding Markdown in Blog writing

Adding Markdown in the "Start Writing" section is a good idea, I will add the Markdown feature in the "Start Writing" section using a library - marked.js.

It can be beneficial in many ways-

1. Blockquotes: Highlight quotes with >.
2. Bold & Italics: Add emphasis using bold or italic.
3. Lists: Create ordered (1.) and unordered (-) lists easily.
4. Saves time.
5. Efficient writing

Please assign me this issue, I'm happy to contribute to this project! Also, please add the GSSoC, level and hacktoberfest labels.
