Forgot password not working #853

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

Expected behavior I wanted to make forgot password functionality implementable, using otp based verification. When user clicks on forgot password, he will have to submit an email and OTP will be shared on mail, verifying OTP will allow user to reset password

@ANSHIKA-26 can you check this issue? I can't find this issue in open and closed ones, also I have tested forgot password functionality, and it's not working, so can u open this issue?
