Improvement of Blog post page for making it more readable and accessible. #974

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently the Heading, Author, Timestamp and Number of Comments on the blog page are just listed with a icon for each. The heading is not distinguishable.

Describe the solution you'd like Increase Heading font size, align to start. Improve author icon and name. Improve Timestamp formatting. This will make the blog more readable. Example design:
