An idea for providing benchmark data based on python. I think this should be refined a lot more to make it as convenient as possible. In general I would like to have python scripts for each benchmark that can access the data and reformat it to whatever format the user needs. Not sure how realistic this is for actual production cross section libraries.
If people think this is a good idea, I'd like to brain-storm about the structure of the python utilities a little more. Maybe we should create a benchmark data class that wraps documentation and data.
The results folder is currently empty but I will add results once we know better of how to provide data.
