feature request: slice timing correction #223

@jeffduda is your slice timing correction from ImageMath in ANTsR or ANTsRCore? if not, would it be possible to add? not urgent but i've heard of a few cases where people are using antsr exclusively except for this (missing?) step.

I don't think it's in there, but that was based on a number of assumptions so a more general method is definitely needed. Will looking into adding this to ANTsR.
