When the system isn't armed aborting doesn't make sense because the pins should not be able to fire.
In my notes from a previous test, I say I observed the abort button appeared to work once when not armed. I'm not sure if this was live/dev mode, etc. I think it showed up with pins firing in the graph though when this happened. I do know that it usually doesn't do this however, and it should not be able to do this.
Criteria for closing this ticket
Front-end doesn't send an abort request to the server when arming is disabled (confirm this already is the case through manual testing, or make this change and then confirm it)
Server doesn't respect an abort request when arming is disabled
After testing a few times you cannot reproduce this issue
That way we have several layers of defence against this issue
