Search all deprecated as of 2.4.0, alternative? #148

After upgrading vqmod I get error: VQModObject::applyMod - EMPTY SEARCH CONTENT 
ERROR

This is because you have removed the ability to use:
<search position="all"></search>

What do I do instead now?

This is not a bug. You shouldn't need to replace a whole files contents and is 
the reason for removing it
