vqmod Opencart does not work on controller folder/controller/method

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install on Opencart
2. add vqmod module for operation, on account/return/insert
3. access page, vqmod not executed

vQmod Version: 2.4.1

I have module, to search in controller/account/return.php file.

I I open any 
?route=account/return&.... pages, then vqmod template is generated, with 
correct replacements.

But if I open 

?route=account/return/insert&... page - vqmod is not executed, and template is 
not generated at all.

Is this problem in vqmod, or this is "as design"?

Oops... Problem fiex "itself".

Previous - account/return/insert was opening always and only - product page!  
May it was because oc any cache... but now. It works correctly. Sorry.
