Add notes and status fields to access requests

We also discussed adding a "notes" field and a "Current Status" field to a request, so that we (and the user) could track progress? This might be sufficient to address (1) above for the moment - Sharron could paste the text of emails into the notes field as a first step. For the Current Status field, our provisional list of current status options would be (note that these are NOT ordered options):

a) General access studies

1. Request sent to ADA
2. Request awaiting further information from user
3. Request awaiting general undertaking from user
4. Request approved - click HERE to access data (includes link to dataset)
5. Request denied

b) Restricted access studies

1. Request sent to ADA
2. Request forwarded to depositor for approval
3. Request awaiting further information from user
4. Request approved by depositor - awaiting restricted access undertaking from user
5. Request approved - click HERE to access data (includes link to dataset)
6. Request denied

Sharron's working on mapping the current approvals workflow so that we can look at any adjustments we need to make on either the ADAUsers or administrative side. It would be good to follow up again later this week to work through this mapping, to make sure we have our bases covered.
