Some explanation would be good or at least a fix for the CI :)

I am OK with this but you would need to make it conditional so we don't lose ubuntu support, and it would need docs.

Nginx package on nginx.org very different with debian upstream packages. I maintained nginx package and I don't like packaging on nginx.org.
