support ticket opened 1x aftersale / technique 1x sales support.
They quick response:
"...I have reported this issue to the product engineer and I will let you know as soon as there is any news
Let me know if you need any other help
(Due to our time difference and occasional holidays, sometimes the communication is not very timely, I hope you can understand, thank you.)
Kind regards

Thank you very much for your great support to our company,
Regarding the source code, our product engineers are still reviewing the source code. It will take a little time, once the review is complete, we will upload the source code of the Kobra series printers on the Github website. stay tuned
We will also optimize and improve these functions as much as possible in subsequent product upgrades to provide a better user experience.
If you need any other help, you can always contact me
The system will automatically send service evaluation, if you can
please give me a good review of my service.
Kind regards
Seems fine for me
Upvote from me! Everyone should have the ability to compile the firmware. Notably, in your current firmware version, the #define HOST_ACTION_COMMANDS
line is commented out, restricting functionality with software like Octoprint.
Hi everybody!
It's been two months now since this repo was last updated, and every message in the issues section is about the source code being wrong/obsolete/lacking, and anycubic does not seem to care at all.
I would suggest opening A TON of support tickets where we users should complain about this issue. Possibly even telling anycubic that they violate the GPL with their careless behavior.
What do you think about this? If many users complain, perhaps then they listen instead of giving a f*. Since this repo is quite underrepresented, I suggest asking the folks in the facebook group for help, too. I would be willing to write a template complaint that you just need to cut&paste to anycubic.
Good idea?
