M600 - no way to resume printing after filament change #2

The M600-command raises the head and unloads filament. After that, there is no way to resume the printing. Neither the Touchscreen nor the serial connection reacts on commands.

In its current state, the command is useless.

  1. On the LCD Status display press the "PAUSE" or "RESUME" button (it's mislabeled now but has closed source so can not be altered)
