refresh diagram of a Site for info model word doc v1.5 #38

To support the text of ANSIS info model word doc 1.5 (and we then move on from working in word for stakeholders) we need a refresh of this diagram, which is not in https://github.com/ANZSoilData/def-au-domain/blob/main/doc/site.md

Where there are multiple interpretations for a single Soil Profile (such as during the recent Soil Field Day) the model cardinalities would require creating multiple separate Soil Profiles for the same Site.

Yes. A soil profile can be classified in more than one way, a soil profile may be described as a soil profile with no classification at all, or a soil profile can be described using multiple schemes. For Soil Classification - 'Expected' cardinality is value 1..1 and scheme 1..1 Will raise an issue to review restrictions (if any) in model
