If you delete the last player on a team's list, all their results in game are deleted too, silently. This shouldn't be possible, or at least it should generate a really strong warning.
Also, blanking out a name is a semi-unintuitive way to delete a player. I suggest an icon button next to each player, disabled if they have results. Blanking out a name could result in the same thing (as a secondary affordance) or just result in "a name is required".
