Version 4.0.1 regresses the feature to default the QBJ export filename to match the YFT filename

For example, if I have a file named my-tournament.yft and I export to QBJ, the filename should default to my-tournament.qbj.

This worked in 3.0.2 (I think by my own request) but does not work in 4.0.1.
