very basic attempt to keep statistics on number of blocks cached or missed in the current page load. uses an unstyled print_r to dump the data after the core_profiler block (which should always be present).

closing this since @fbrnc implemented it another way (currently inside Aoe_TemplateHints_Model_Renderer_Opentip::render)
