First of all, MCinaBox has to download 3rd party libraries from Mojang, Microsoft and many other sites. That means, you could have been the victim of a Man-In-The-Middle attack, where your proxy server, router or any other device between your device and the internet could have injected data into the files. Second thing is: VirusTotal doesn't seem to know what Android.boogr.afc50 is and neither do other sites that i tried so far. Third thing: Ive been working with the source of this project for a while now and I never found anything suspicious inside AOF-Dev's source. It could very well be hidden inside a library that he copied from another source but its actually safe to say that the project itself is clean. Fourth thing: Do you use any mods? If yes, remove them and scan again. Fifth thing: Do you have the PHOBOS CLIENT installed? If yes, its YOUR FAULT cause that client is KNOWN TO BE BACKDOORED.
Hello,
I read your post, did a little digging online and came up with the following suspected causes: First of all, MCinaBox has to download 3rd party libraries from Mojang, Microsoft and many other sites.
