Updated files to add lsel == 0xFFFF where it was previously absent. #191

Closes #181 Will open a new issue to track changing the Xiph test content.

I wonder if files like animals_00_multilayer_a1lx.avif should be renamed because now they contain lsel (with layer_id=0xFFFF).

I initially considered that as well, but I thought it made sense to have the files where lsel explicitly selects a layer call that out in the name.
