Replace the example streams section #55

replace it with the Coverage Report and Conformance Files section which explains how assert-ids are used with a pointer to the conformance page.

Before agreeing, we need to determine if such change to the spec requires publishing a new version of the spec.

Before agreeing, we need to determine if such change to the spec requires publishing a new version of the spec.

Whenever the appearance or visible content of the spec changes, the version/date need to be changed as otherwise people will get confused.
