It SHALL have the av01 brand among the compatible brands array of the FileTypeBox

I suggest dropping this requirement (e.g. by downgrading to SHOULD or MAY).

Chrome, Firefox and libavif already ignore this requirement. It seems redundant with ftyp box already containing avif type.
