Spec header links are misleading #160

In v1.2.0 it says:

This version: https://aomediacodec.github.io/av1-isobmff/

It should say:

This version: https://aomediacodec.github.io/av1-isobmff/v1.2.0.html Latest version: https://aomediacodec.github.io/av1-isobmff/

Also the warning banner in the current draft could point to the latest stable version.
