Use of `value` definition type for terms that are not CSS values #184

Same editorial issue as in the AVIF spec (see https://github.com/AOMediaCodec/av1-avif/issues/218): the spec uses value definition types, which is for CSS values and not for generic values. Same remedy: the spec should rather use the generic dfn type instead.

Related to this, AV1-ISOBMFF should ideally also explicitly export the definitions that make sense. (<dnf> is noexport by default).
