Consider aligning stream type and stream id with AVS3 #32

The current mapping of AVS3 in DVB is as follows: image

Our spec is currently different. We should consider using the same approach.

We considered the approach but given that we did not hear feedback from DVB on the topic, we stick to our original approach which is also typical in MPEG-2 TS world.
