Some MPEG-2 TS acronyms are not spelled out #33

The following acronyms from the MPEG-2 TS spec should be spelled out the first time they are used and also link to the MPEG-2 TS spec to make it clear where they come from (event if it's obvious for most of us):

STD : system target decoder
T-STD: transport system target decoder
PID: packet identifier
PMT: Program Map Table
PES: Packetized Elementary Stream
PTS: Presentation Time Stamp
DTS: Decoding Time Stamp

SDR
EOTF

and these other acronyms are not defined the first time they are used:
