Presently the RTP Payload Format draft does not include authors. Potential options are to (a) list the RTC Subgroup as the author. (b) list everyone who submitted an accepted pull request as an author.

For (b) I believe that list is

Philip Eliasson
Danny Hong
Michael Horowitz
Sergio Murilloi
Dmitriy Sychov
