Address Review Comments #228

This addresses the following review comments:

  1. It's not totally clear if the OBUs use the "Low overhead bitstream format".
  2. There is a typo in the example: "TG0(0,0)" extra 0 before the parenthesis should be removed.
  3. The example speaks about "video sequence" but really is about one temporal unit

Typo: "(AV1, Secton 5.2)" Should be "Section"

After discussion with subgroup members, I removed the sentence that addressed this comment.

The specification already describes quite clearly how OBUs are packed into the RTP payload. Technically it isn't Annex B and it isn't the low overhead format in the 5.2.2 either. Instead, OBU elements are carried in the payload.
