Add/handle 'tmap' brand #2385

According to ISO/IEC 23008-12:2024/AMD 1:2024(E):

When [a gainmap is?] present, this brand shall be among the brands included in the compatible_brands array of the FileTypeBox. A file containing the 'tmap' brand in the compatible_brands array of the FileTypeBox shall contain one or more tone-map derived image items.
